Fairtech Ltd. was founded in 2001 and we have been its owners and actively involved in its operations since its inception. After its start-up, the company was mainly involved in building engineering constructions for small-scale new construction projects, with a staff of 3-4 technicians and 3 manual workers. Our previous employer was Középületépítő Zrt. (Public Building Construction Ltd.), from where we recruited most of our new colleagues in the early days. Thanks to our dedication and perseverance, in 2006 we were ranked 93rd in the top 100 fastest growing companies. As the number of orders increased, so did the number of our colleagues, which nowadays ranges between 40 and 50. As the number of employees and size of the company increased, it became necessary to structure our workflow, so we created separate groups in our operations and organisational structure to deal with separate tasks: tendering, technical preparation and implementation. This was necessary not only for the separation of tasks, but also, typically, to get started quickly when a project was awarded.
In parallel with the growth in construction, we are constantly improving our tool and machine park. In contrast to the paper-based working practices of the early 2000s, thanks to the rise of digital technologies (e.g. BIM), we are nowadays providing and developing the necessary tools for our colleagues, with modern workstations, mobile devices and software to support work - such as cloud-based plan sharing and project tracking services.
The main profile of our company includes primarily commercial buildings, halls, hotels, office buildings and other industrial projects, located all over the country. The basis of our business policy is to deliver the work we undertake on time and to a high technical standard. This has resulted in a long-standing relationship with our customers and a growing network of partners. We have been awarded the Construction Industry Excellence Award three times for our construction work. The vast majority of our construction work is carried out with the help of an extensive network of subcontractors, with most of whom we have long-standing partnerships. The same can be said for our suppliers, as we attach great importance to building long-term and reliable relationships both with our customers and subcontractors. To remain competitive, we constantly monitor the market, looking for new partners, new materials and new technologies, while at the same time taking into account market expectations. In terms of the systems we implement, our company's and our work's fundamental view is that we are flexible in applying new solutions and technologies that are constantly emerging. It is very important to us that the systems we build are built to the manufacturer's specifications, ensuring long-term trouble-free operation.
